Who built it?
Clinically AI was founded by Danii Holmes, MSN, RN, CCRN, NI-BC, a critical care and trauma nurse with informatics experience, nursing professional development leadership, and emerging research in clinical AI and algorithmic bias.
What does it not do?
Clinically AI does not provide medical advice, legal advice, compliance certification, guaranteed search placement, or recording-blocking technology.

Privacy Zone Program
Questions about recording-aware clinical spaces.
What is Privacy Zone?
Privacy Zone is Clinically AI’s notice-first privacy program for clinical and other sensitive spaces where recording-capable devices may be present. It helps practices explain privacy expectations clearly, especially when smart glasses, phones, ambient tools, or AI scribes may affect nearby patients, visitors, staff, or clinical conversations.
Does Privacy Zone block, prevent, jam, or detect recording?
No. Privacy Zone tools do not block, prevent, jam, or detect recording. They support notice, communication, signage, QR workflows, and privacy expectations in sensitive spaces.
What does the Privacy Zone Badge Kit include?
The Privacy Zone Badge Kit is a digital product available now. It supports privacy communication through badge-style visuals, signage language, QR notice workflows, and clear language practices can adapt for patient-facing spaces. It is not a recording blocker, detector, jammer, legal policy, or compliance certification.
What is the Bedside Recording Response Toolkit?
The Bedside Recording Response Toolkit is a digital product available now. It helps clinical teams think through patient-room recording situations with clearer scripts, escalation language, and privacy-aware response framing. It supports communication and workflow planning; it does not replace employer policy, legal counsel, or clinical escalation.
What are Aurelia Badge and Privacy Zone Beacon?
Aurelia Badge is a wearable smart-glasses awareness concept in development. It is intended to signal the presence of recording-capable smart glasses, not whether recording is active. Privacy Zone Beacon is a plug-in room announcer concept in development. It is intended to support notice and URL broadcast workflows, not interfere with devices.
What is the Privacy Zone Beacon Specification?
The Privacy Zone Beacon Specification is a coming-soon open standard intended to support clearer, machine-readable privacy notices for signs, QR pages, BLE-style beacon concepts, and device-aware environments. It is meant to create a credibility layer for notice workflows, not a privacy guarantee.
Will Privacy Zone make my practice HIPAA compliant?
No. Privacy Zone materials support privacy communication and compliance efforts, but they do not certify compliance, replace legal counsel, or replace your organization’s privacy, security, risk, or compliance program.

Does Clinically AI offer CEU courses?

AI Visibility & Website Consulting
Website structure for health and wellness professionals.
What is WordPress AI visibility consulting?
It is the work of making a health or wellness website easier for search engines and AI-assisted tools to understand, summarize, and cite accurately. This can include structured data, schema markup, About page and FAQ rewrites, clearer service pages, metadata cleanup, and technical SEO review.
Who is this service for?
This service is for health and wellness professionals with WordPress sites, including private practices, clinics, medspas, health coaches, wellness brands, nurse entrepreneurs, and clinician-led businesses that need clearer online positioning and more readable site structure.
Does this guarantee that my site will appear in AI search results?
No. Clinically AI does not guarantee search placement, AI citations, rankings, traffic, or visibility. The goal is to improve structure, clarity, credibility signals, and machine readability so your website is easier to interpret accurately.
What does an audit include?
A baseline audit may review site structure, About page clarity, FAQ quality, schema and structured data gaps, metadata, service page organization, credibility signals, and how easily AI-assisted tools may understand what the site is about. Implementation support may be available separately.
Legal Nurse / Clinical AI Documentation Review
Clinical review support where nursing, documentation, and AI overlap.
What kinds of legal or documentation matters does Clinically AI review?
Legal nurse and clinical AI documentation review may be available for qualified matters involving nursing documentation, trauma and critical care standards, EHR chronology, AI scribes, clinical decision support, algorithmic bias, and health technology workflows. Availability depends on case type, timeline, jurisdiction, conflicts, and scope.
What makes the review perspective different?
Clinically AI brings a rare combination of critical care nursing, trauma experience, nursing informatics, clinical education, and emerging research in NLP-driven EHR analysis and algorithmic bias. That perspective is useful when a question is not only what the chart says, but how clinical workflow, documentation systems, and AI-supported tools may have shaped care.
Can I send records or PHI by email?
Do not send PHI, medical records, protected case materials, or confidential documents through email unless a secure, appropriate process has been established. Initial inquiries should include a high-level description of the request without unnecessary patient identifiers.
